Kids in Community Incorporated is a non-profit organisation based in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. They raise awareness of the positive role young people play in our local communities.

Their mission is to elevate the image of youth by celebrating those who positively address issues affecting yong people and their communities.

KIC believes that the majority of Australia's youth make an important and positive contribution to community life. KIC raises much-needed awareness of the optimistic and enthusiastic attitude of young people, bringing to public attention the positive and meaningful ways that youth participate in our community.

The Kids in Community Awards recognise young people for their positive efforts and highlight the important role they play in building strong communities.
