A South Coast man has been accused of raping a 19-year-old woman at a Glebe business.

Police were called to a Parramatta Road business at 11.30am on Tuesday following reports of a sexual assault.

A 19-year-old woman was treated at the scene and taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for examination.

Police arrested a 31-year-old Cambewarra man at the business.
