Police are on the look-out for a 27-year-old man who went missing from his home in Orange last month.

Michael Castles was last seen visiting his mother and he has not been since about 3.30pm 8 August.

She usually sees him weekly and he has not been in contact with her since.

Mr Castles was reported missing to police by family on Tuesday 6 September.

Police investigations reveal he has not accessed his bank account since 17 August.

Family and police hold concerns for his welfare as it is out of character not to keep in contact with family.

They are treating his disappearance as suspicious.

Mr Castles is described as being 165 to 170 cm tall, medium build, 75 to 80 kilos, Caucasian with a tanned complexion, brown eyes and brown hair.

He also has a tribal band tattoo around his left wrist and a homemade tattoo of a woman on his left shin.
