A look back at PRIME7 News' top 5 video stories this week.


They line beaches along the north coast - learn to surf schools where almost anyone can give it ago. Tonight the licences they use to operate have been called into question. Local instructors have literally been booted of the beach. It's left their businesses in tatters and lead to allegations of council corruption.



A wounded and dehydrated seal cub is recovering from a shark attack at a local tourist attraction. The young female was found stranded on the side of a walking track.



It's been a tough Winter for a threatened shark species. In the past week there's been three Grey Nurse shark rescues off our shores. Marine debris, which wraps around the tail is threatening their survival.



There are concerns our native wildlife will become victim to stray arrows and bullets, as national parks are opened up to recreational hunters. It comes as a wildlife carer nurtures a joey back to health, after he was shot with an arrow.


They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and when it comes to fashion the same rings true. This year's Flair Fashion Awards saw models strut their stuff as designers competed for a coveted title.
