First, a coal seam gas company is pushing ahead with plans to drill more than 500 new gas wells.
It's got local farmers up in arms and they say it's about time somebody stood up to the mining giant.
And they're questioning whether the local council is infact up to the task- after it accidentally gave the initial green light.
