CONTACT PRIME7 WITH A FORMAL COMPLAINT
Formal complaints must be entered within 30 days of the relevant broadcast.
There are three methods for lodging a formal complaint in relation to something you have seen or heard on PRIME7.
You must either:
Mail a letter to PRIME7, at this address (it is advisable that complaints sent via post use Registered Mail):The Program Manager

If your complaint relates to a matter covered by the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice, the network is required to investigate your complaint and provide you with a substantive written response within 30 working days.
