Police say they have charged a man after finding more than 500 ecstasy tablets following a motorcycle crash near Murrumbateman earlier this month.
Emergency services were called to the Barton Highway, north of Murrumbateman, at 8pm on 1 September.
The rider, an 18-year-old Nubba man, was taken to hospital where he was treated for a broken arm and internal bleeding.
Police searched the motorcycle and allegedly found a plastic bag containing 551 ecstasy tablets in the storage compartment under the seat.
After the man's release from hospital and police inquiries, he presented himself at Yass Police Station on Thursday.
He was charged with supplying a commercial quantity of a prohibited drug, riding whilst unlicensed and negligent driving.The man was granted coniditonal bail to appear at Yass Local Court on 8 November.
